If you've just added channel you can refresh your subscription by following these steps:
Check both ends of your HDMI cable to ensure proper connection and confirm your Eastlink TiVo Stream DVR is connected to and receiving power.If the issue remains, ensure your TV is set to use the correct input. To do this with your Eastlink TiVo Remote, press the Input button to cycle through the available HDMI inputs until you find the one that corresponds to the connected TiVo Stream DVR.Need further assistance? First, make sure you are connected to the Internet. If you are unable to connect to the Internet on another device click here.
If your other devices do have an Internet connection, press the TiVo Button on the remote control and go to Settings > Device Settings.
From here you will be able to see if the box is connected to your network. If needed, select Network & Internet to choose your network and reconnect.
If still not working, restart your TiVo Stream device by going to Settings > Device Settings > Device Preference > Restart. It may take a few minutes to restart.
