The best way to do this is to turn your password on at all times. It’s easy to do. The next time you check your voicemail, press option 2 for personal options, then press 2 to change your password. Once you’ve selected a password that is memorable for you but hard for others to guess, press option 5 to turn your password on.
Note: Android Visual Voicemail is no longer available. If you already subscribe to Android Visual Voicemail you will continue to have the service.

Ensure your 5G compatible Samsung device software is up-to-date with the latest available software version. Once updated, you should receive a pop-up message asking to “Turn on 5G”. Simply select OK on the pop-up message.

If compatible 5G devices have the latest software installed, and are within Eastlink's 5G coverage area, a “5G” indicator will display on the right top corner of the device.

What is a hotspot? A hotspot allows you to turn your phone into a personal source for other devices to utilize your data service. Please note using a hotspot can deplete your data plan and battery quickly.1. Settings> Connections> Mobile Hotspot and Tethering> Toggle Mobile Hotspot on2. Make note of the Wi-Fi password that presents3. Search for available Wi-Fi networks on the device you are looking to connect to the internet, find your device in the available networks and enter the Wi-Fi password on your phone's hotspot screen4. When you are done with the hotspot, access the settings again in your phone and toggle the Mobile Hotspot off
